This Intellectual Property Policy governs the use, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights related to Skeldurik ("we," "our," or "us") and our online platform for contemporary dance workshops and educational content.
1. Ownership of Content
1.1 Platform Content
All content available on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video recordings, audio clips, dance choreography documentation, workshop materials, course content, software, and compilation of user-generated content, is the property of Skeldurik or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Skeldurik name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Skeldurik or our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
1.3 Copyrights
All original works of authorship, including educational materials, workshop content, instructional videos, written guides, and creative expressions are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of Skeldurik or the respective content creators.
2. User-Generated Content
2.1 License Grant
When you submit, upload, or share content on our platform, including dance recordings, feedback, assignments, or collaborative materials, you grant Skeldurik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with operating and improving our services.
2.2 User Representations
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
2.3 Retention of Rights
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and submit. The license you grant to us does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.
3. Instructor and Creator Content
3.1 Workshop Materials
Content created by instructors and workshop leaders, including choreography, teaching methodologies, exercise sequences, and instructional materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective creators, subject to licensing agreements with Skeldurik.
3.2 Collaborative Works
For content created collaboratively between Skeldurik and instructors, ownership and usage rights will be defined in separate written agreements.
3.3 Platform Integration
Instructors grant Skeldurik the right to display, distribute, and promote their content through our platform for the purpose of delivering educational services to enrolled participants.
4. Permitted Uses
4.1 Personal and Educational Use
Enrolled participants may access and use platform content solely for personal educational purposes in connection with their workshop participation. This includes:
- Viewing instructional videos and materials
- Completing assignments and exercises
- Participating in collaborative activities
- Downloading materials explicitly marked as downloadable
4.2 Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without authorization
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove or modify copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
- Record, screenshot, or capture content unless explicitly permitted
- Share access credentials or downloaded materials with unauthorized individuals
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
5.1 Notification Procedure
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature

6. Trademark Infringement

9. Software and Technology
9.1 Platform Software
All software, code, algorithms, and technical systems used to operate our platform are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 License to Use Platform
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform solely for its intended educational purposes. This license does not include any right to:

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works

10. Enforcement and Remedies
10.1 Violation Consequences
